The BVBIA School of Excellence (SOE) is a program for identifying and developing top talent ages 11-17 across North America network of BVBIA clubs. The selection process involves local academy evaluations with regional and national SOE events.

Selected players have the opportunity to train, compete and experience the culture of German football inspired by the BVB Philosophy. Each year the National SOE Team spends a week at BVB Germany, where they train at the Academy and are trained with BVB coaches.
