Financial Aid Form
Overview
We are committed to making soccer accessible for all players, regardless of financial circumstances. To support this commitment, the Club offers need-based financial assistance to eligible families to help offset registration fees.
Eligibility
- The family must provide a copy of their most recent IRS Form 1040 (first two pages only).
- Eligibility is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines adjusted for household size:
- Families with an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) may qualify for full or partial assistance.
- Household size is determined by the number of dependents and adults listed on the 1040 tax form. In lieu of a 2024 1040, a tax transcript should be submitted. Learn more about your tax transcript here.
